Wow...kinda harsh punishment, isn't it?  I mean, if all he did was get drunk...you never really specified what he did wrong.  If he had cheated on someone or something like that, I could see this punishment, but...yeah.  I can understand his rage more than their actions...

The caption is good!  I have to agree that it's a bit hard to read on the background, but that's minor.
